Disconnect Service

If You Are Moving:

When moving, you are responsible for the electric usage until the cooperative is contacted and arrangements have been made to finalize the account in your name.  Please provide us with a forwarding address so we can send you the final bill.  We ask that you keep a current address on file with us to assure that we may retire your patronage and mail capital credits to you in the future years.

 

Not Using Service:

Clark Electric Cooperative does not charge to disconnect a service. If service is reconnected within 24 months under the same member’s name we would back bill the minimum month charge for each month during which service was disconnected.

 

Service Changing Names:

If your account is transferring from one name to another, please contact us about a week prior to moving to enable us to discontinue or transfer your service.

 

Please be sure to contact our billing department for any changes to your account.
